The Quadratic Formula Project

This four-page rubric describes in detail what students should do to complete this project. It also has the guidelines for scoring the project in ten different categories.

In the quadratic formula project, students write their own song, spoken word piece, or monologue that helps them memorize the quadratic formula. The piece must use all the elements in the correct order of the quadratic formula. The pieces will then be performed. It has been so wonderful to see the amazing ways the students have presented the quadratic formula in a creative piece.
