What educators are saying
My students loved this resource and I highly recommend it. It is one of the best Our Father resources that I have used. Parents loved seeing it come home and I will definitely use it in the future. I love the colour copy to hang in my room as well.
Description
One of the four pillars that make us Catholic -
This doodle note page covers the Our Father (How We Pray):
- The words of the "Our Father" Prayer
- Concepts included in the prayer (forgiveness, "hallowed," God in Heaven, etc.)
- about prayer
- types of prayer (praise, petition, intercession, thanksgiving)
Two versions are included, so you can choose the option that best fits your grade level or student abilities. On one page, students just label the 4 types of prayer, and on the other, they write their own little prayer for each type.
**This resource is also available as part of a DISCOUNTED bundle: Pillars of Catholicism: Doodle Note BUNDLE
When students color or doodle in class, it activates both hemispheres of the brain at the same time. There are proven benefits of this cross-lateral brain activity:
- new learning
- relaxation
- visual connections
- better memory & retention of the content!
Students fill in the sheets, answer the questions, and color, doodle or embellish. Then, they can use it as a study guide later on.
