Description
Though commonly called "Chinese New Year" the Lunar New Year is celebrated all over Asia. This WebQuest is a great way to get your students engaged in learning about this awesome holiday. Many countries celebrate- China, Korea, Cambodia, Vietnam and Mongolia, for example. Using Google Sites and Google Slides, students research and create a travel brochure. Great for classrooms using Google Classroom or Google Drive!
Even better, this WebQuest is paperless, and comes with easy suggestions for differentiaton to support the ELLs, SpEd, and other students in your classroom. The teacher guide contains everything you need to know about how to share the document with your students via Google Classroom or Drive, along with links to each of the necessary elements. Final projects can be printed for display, if desired.
