Description
This DBQ explores Chinese history, specifically the periods of the Cultural Revolution (1966-1976) and the Great Leap Forward (1958-1961) through 7 primary and secondary source documents looking at Mao Zedong’s ideas, Communism, Marxism and changes that moved to change traditional Chinese culture. The sources include 2 photographs and 2 posters, and each document is followed by at least one constructed response question and a summary essay question using the documents wraps up the DBQ.
