The Character Creation Factory

The Character Creation Factory is an interactive creative writing activity. Students create a character through the following descriptive aspects: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Each slide provides an example of this characterization from well known children's books. In addition to this students will write a synthesized character introduction using the created descriptions. A brief discussion of flat vs. round characters is included. Notes are provided for teacher assistance in facilitating the writing.
