The Big Bang Theory Science Unit

This bundle is NGSS aligned targeted at a 6th grade level. It explains the basic components of the Big Bang Theory with a nonfiction article and comprehension question. A follow up powerpoint is available in PDF format to provide students with notes. A vocabulary quiz over the words singularity, nuclear fusion, nebula, density, and theory. A lab booklet is included in which demonstrates the big bang theory using a balloon and allows students to apply their knowledge. Finally a writing prompt sums up the unit and assesses what the students know.
