The holidays can be difficult for our Deaf/Hard of Hearing kiddos. Use these discussion prompts to talk about difficult situations they may encounter during large holiday gatherings. The prompts cover situations like turning captions on, using speech-to-text apps, solving communication breakdowns, asking for clarification, advocating for themselves and more.

Print, Cut & Laminate these cards and use them as prompts for discussion to help students navigate difficult listening situations during a holiday event.
