Students will make information questions using the WH Question Words (who, what, when, why, how, how many etc.) Students will first read the answer to the question. The underlined word in the sentence will indicated which WH question word the students will need to use to write the correct question.

Students alphabetize the list of vocabulary words on the left. Then, they find them in the word search puzzle.

Students will unscramble common Thanksgiving vocabulary words.

Students write a noun, adjective and verb for each of the initial letters in the words “Let's Be Thankful”.

A variety of fun questions and jokes for Memorial Day.

11. Thanksgiving Turkey Anagram

Students are given clues to help them find as many words as they can using the letters in the words "Thanksgiving Turkey"

12. Alphabetize and Find Word Search Puzzle

This worksheet can be used to review vocabulary words related to Thanksgiving. Students should be encouraged to color and decorate the vocabulary words. You could also encourage students to create their own word art projects using vocabulary from this unit.

When students have finished this word art worksheet, it can be easily displayed to make a beautiful bulletin board for Thanksgiving.
