This was a great project that I used to fill in the couple of days before Thanksgiving break. My students really enjoyed researching and sharing their findings with the class.
I love how this Google Slide was organized for easy research for the students. Only thing I wish is that it provided some suggested research links for them. Which is not a big deal. Great resources for working on researching.
Description
This contains a link to a Google Slides file that will lead students on a webquest researching the history of Thanksgiving, modern Thanksgiving, and questions them on their own thoughts and opinions.
There are 10 slides PLUS 3 early finisher slides for the students who seem to get everything done quicker than anyone else. Once students are done you can have them share what they found, fact check each other, and discuss what they learned!
