This packet includes three hands-on activities that are sure to get students excited for Thanksgiving! These differentiated Thanksgiving activities can be used in any classroom, but the clear visuals make this an especially beneficial resource for students with autism or other disabilities. (Save money when you buy this resource as part of my Thanksgiving Bundle for Autism & Special Education!)

The activities included are:

My Thanksgiving Plate/Table

Students can choose meal items to place on their Thanksgiving plate or table. These pages can be used as a cut and paste activity, or you can laminate and add velcro to create a reusable task.

Differentiated Writing Pages

This pack includes several writing pages to support students at all levels. Students can draw or cut and paste pictures to show their favorite and least favorite Thanksgiving foods.

Thanksgiving Food Sort

Your students will have lots of fun with this silly food sort. This pack includes small sorting mats (laminate and add velcro) that can be used as a file folder game, as well as large pictures and heading for a small or whole group pocket chart sort.

Thanksgiving Food Book

There are two different book options. Students can color in the picture and trace the word in option one and/or color in and read option 2. Option 2 would also work well for pre-writers.
