What educators are saying

Love what this adds to my classroom! This makes it very easy for students to see text evidence Stems to be able to start their sentences!
My students loved using this resource! They were engaged in the resource and had no trouble getting started.

Description

Text evidence and accountable talk stems for middle school and upper elementary students will look beautiful on a bulletin board, while helping students communicate using specific details. Middle school classroom decor has never been so useful!

Research shows that displaying text evidence stems encourages students to provide more evidence when speaking and writing. This bulletin board decor set includes the language that we like older students to use. That means NO personal pronoun terminology, such as I think...

I have noticed a marked improvement in the quality of my students' writing since hanging these in my classroom! They're bright and colorful and they help kids write, so it's a win-win!
