This is a 12 page editable policy and procedure manual that can serve the purposes of moving to teletherapy from traditional in-person Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physical Therapy services. Polices for in-person clinic evaluations are also included. It is specific to COVID19 but could also be edited for other global pandemics.
