Description
This fun and engaging editing team and culture-building icebreaker activity can easily be edited to meet the specific needs of your group, use this for classrooms, staff development, or any other time when you would like to build connections between groups of people. In this activity, you will need to provide Legos to the groups. Each group or "team" will go through a series of "get to know you" questions and based on their answers, they will select certain amounts and kinds of Legos. In the end, the team builds the tallest structure possible with the Legos they have collected. Make this even more fun by having each group or team compete to see who can build the tallest free-standing structure!
