Description

Catchy, contemporary pop songs + Funny lyrics about Latin grammar = Good times

These songs work! They are catchy to the point that students cannot “not learn” the content. Students will be singing about the Nominative and Accusative cases, Latin word order, and adjective-noun agreement in no time!

These lyrics spun my students off into many amazing side projects: trying to rewrite songs of their own choosing, coming up with flash mob choreography, and making a group video as an entire class (which we did, and is now the tradition).

I hope these lyrics and ideas work for you and your kids too!
