Teaching Emotional Intelligence in The Classroom

This is a 55 page document that builds upon itself. It breaks down "emotional intelligence" into four pillars: perception, facilitation, understanding and meaning. It's everything you need to bring your classroom together, build their emotional awareness, and develop their sense of emotional autonomy and teamwork. This 3 month+ program is built to implement every and/or once a week. It's based on Cognitive Behavior research, Air Force Team Building case studies, and Elementary Education. It includes weekly group activities that build upon each other, daily morning prompts, and the longer version included reflection questions and conversational prompts to share as homework or during parent teach conferences.
