How this spreadsheet works:

• The spreadsheet comprises of 20 sheets (more can be added if you wish - it's 100% editable!).
• Each sheet is dedicated to notes on one student in your class.
• Throughout the school year, write your notes about each student on the relevant sheet under the correct date.
• Take notes as little or as often as you find useful.
• Use the yellow 'Communication' row to document communication with the student and their caregivers about progress and incidents noted in the 'Positive' and 'Improvement' columns.
• If you're interested in the balance of your comments for each student and across the whole class, the 'Master' sheet with show the total 'Positive' comments and 'Improvements'.
• This spreadsheet is intended to be for the teacher's eyes only.
• When the time comes to write report card comments, or if caregivers ask for feedback on students' overall progress, simply open up the spreadsheet for an individualised picture of the student's time at school!
• The spreadsheet is to be used as you wish. It is 100% editable and can be changed to suit your needs.
