This is a one page .pdf file with comments regarding student progress with homework and also issues outside the classroom.

This document includes both positive and negative comments regarding student progress and areas where students could improve. Comments are listed on the left in English with the translation on the right in Spanish.
Some comment examples include:
-always turns in his/her homework.
-consistently brings home guided reading book(s).
-studies his/her words for Friday spelling tests.
or
-is not reading every night for __ minutes.
-does the homework, but does not turn it in.
-frequently does the wrong homework assignment.

This collection of documents has proven to be very helpful for teachers who need to communicate with non or limited English speaking parents that can read in Spanish.
