Description

Establish a consistent and affective self care routine with this 30 day challenge journal! Self care for educators is becoming a hot topic because it is needed now more than ever. This journal is not only full of ideas for self care, but it helps you build solid habits that you can incorporate into your daily life to help you be the best you can be for your students.

The Goal
To help educators and TPT authors gain control of their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health so they can continue to be excellent teachers for their students.
This journal was made to assist you in making a self care plan that includes different types of self care. Each day requires several different types of self care that you must accomplish. A list is included for each type of self care. At the end of the 30 days you should be on your way to a self care routine and awareness about yourself that you can implement daily (and hopefully by second-nature!)
Self care can look different for everyone, so I have set it up to be highly personalized and allow you choices of what you will do each day, while still providing structure.

✅Read through the explanation why we need to focus on self-care!

✅Reflect on your daily stressors and stress signals
✅Post a picture on the Facebook group (link in product) or on Instagram after you complete one of your tasks for the day
✅Rate the tasks 1-5 to reflect on what is working for you and what is not
✅There is a list and explanation of each type of self-care, plus examples, which you will incorporate throughout the week!
✅Every night you will do a "brain dump" to clear your mind and also connect with your subconscious through affirmations and other techniques.
✅Make sure you do the weekly challenges! Each week has a different overarching challenge to focus on.
✅Read the daily quote and color the daily picture if your heart desires!
✅Week 5: You will have more choice in week 5 as you reflect on what is working for you. It gives you a chance to practice incorporating the types of self-care on your own throughout the day, as well as find quotes that inspire you.
Repeat whenever you feel that it's necessary!

I totally understand, as I know firsthand what it's like to spend our hard-earned money on anything at all. I truly believe this journal will help you and I will be there with you every step of the way; please do NOT be afraid to reach out to me!
It hurts me that educators go through such stress and don't make time for themselves. It seems we are expected to be "on" all of the time and just "do it for the kids." This doesn't work when you become burnt-out and have nothing left to give of yourself! It is SO IMPORTANT to practice self-care and become aware of the stress signals your body is giving you.
This journal will provide you with an individualized, yet structured plan to making self-care second-nature in your life. It will become a habit! Teachers and TPT authors alike have expressed how much this journal and challenge has helped them, and I know that it will help you too once you commit.
