Teacher Reflections and Goal Setting for a Less Stressful School Year
- PDF
Description
Spending some time reflecting on the previous school year before heading back to school can help you refocus your goals and make the school year less stressful.
This resource guides teachers to reflect on the previous school year, and then use those reflections to figure out what goals you should prioritize for the next school year. You will answer questions that will help you figure out what weighed you down and stressed you out most last year, and then come up with a plan to make sure that changes in the upcoming year.
This can also be used after Christmas / after December as you reset and consider changes you want to make to finish out the school year strong.
The preview shows everything included in the resource!
