**NOW FILLABLE!!!**
As an Instructional Coach, I created this form to help me with certain "look fors" in the teachers' classrooms that I visited. I formed these around best teaching practices, the county's expectations, and the expectations of my school's administration. I would explain to the teachers that the administration are looking for these elements and that if I didn't see it/them happening in the classroom that it may be because it just wasn't occurring while I was in the room or that it may be missing from their classroom/instruction. If it was because it isn't occurring, they need to work on adding it into their instructional practices/routines.
I included the follow up on the bottom of the page to make it less paperwork and less cumbersome to keep up with including grows and glows. I ALWAYS like for things to be cute and include clipart. I think it makes things less cold and serious.
