Teacher Evaluation Forms - All Montessori Environments

This is a set of five forms to use when evaluating Montessori Teachers. The five observation forms each focus on a different topic. Topics included are: the environment, the teacher, the students (conducting a student interview), and classroom interactions. Also included is a sheet for observation follow-up with areas to compile strengths and concerns as well as an action plan sheet. These forms are brief and can be completed quickly. They also provide clear feedback for teachers, and are a useful tool for administrators, veteran teachers, and beginning teachers.
