Description

Finish writing your TEA-Ch2 report in 10 minutes or less! After you download the PDF, you will receive links to two Microsoft Word documents containing in-depth report templates for the Test of Everyday Attention for Children- Second Edition, one for the Junior Version and the other for the Adolescent Version. From there, enter the scores and your examinee's name, and then include the correct percentiles in the table and in the report. I've done all of the analytical thinking for you. You have enough on your plate!

What's Included in this Amazing, Time Saving Resource:

  • TWO VERSIONS- Ages 5-7 and 8-15
  • Tables to input data
  • Thorough, yet easy to understand descriptions of each subtest and area
  • Framed paragraphs to help you highlight any error patterns and areas of strength
  • Analysis statements completed for you
  • Comprehensive Summary mostly done for you
  • Relevant Age Appropriate Recommendations that you can use as accommodations in the student's IEP or 504 plan if they qualify.

Tips:

► Save a copy of this file as your own template that you can use over and over again. Simply "Make a Copy" each time you have a new student to assess.

► This report is written in such a way that avoids gender pronouns, making it even easier to personalize with the student's name and scores. Even better, the word "pupil" and "pupil's" is used in place of the student's name. When you are ready to personalize the report, simply go to the "Edit" menu and select "Find and Replace". Replace "pupil" with your student's name and select "Replace All". It will instantly populate the document with your student's name.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT THIS TEMPLATE:

This took me days and many, many hours to put together. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from colleagues, parents, administrators, and other stakeholders about the thoroughness of my reports. Parents have shared that it is easier for them to understand their child's scores and make sense of the data. Administrators have used my reports as exemplars for my colleagues. Now, I'm sharing this incredible groundwork with you; all that's left for you to do is personalize it. You work hard! Give yourself more free time to relax while having peace of mind that your report will be one of the best ones out there.
