This is the packet to begin planning the Symbolic Clay Envelope Project featured in SchoolArts Magazine. I use this along with the slideshow to get students thinking about symbolism and what they would "send" in an envelope to their future. This packet also includes a 'connecting' activity (a worksheet based on artist Cristina Córdova- works alongside the Craft in America episode on Identity and follows the Cristina Córdova segment). This packet also includes a self-reflection worksheet.
