Symbol Supported Back to School Activities

If you want to do back to school activities with your students with limited verbal or writing capabilities, here is a great place to start! Symbol supported ice breakers and "All About Me" worksheets provide a chance for all students to participate and tell their classmates a little bit about themselves! Perfect for special education, life skills, and autism classrooms.

PLUS included in this bundle is a back to school parent survey for parents to tell you some about their child! Great for back to school night or to send home the first week of school.

• Symbol Supported "All About Me" Worksheets: Three worksheets (All About Me, All About School, All About My Summer Vacation) and 77 icons for students to cut and paste.
• Symbol Supported Ice Breakers (print): Use these symbol supported ice breaker cards in small groups to let your students tell each other about themselves. Students who are non-verbal communicators can point to symbols to answer the questions (16 ice breakers- 8 questions and 8 "would you rather?")
• Symbol Supported Ice Breakers (digital): The digital version of symbol supported ice breakers (same questions as the printed version).
