Description
Students pretend to be chocolate makers to fill boxes of candy for their friends and family. They use the decimal weights (in ounces) to fill the boxes as close to capacity as possible. This is an open-ended task to allow student to find many different answers.
The complete file includes a chocolate menu with weights, photos, and descriptions of 24 pieces of chocolate. There are 9 different boxes of chocolates to fill.
