Support Systems - Art Therapy Group Plan

The use of art allows children and teens to explore their feelings, experiences and emotions in a safe way. Everyone needs support at one time or another in their lives, but we don’t always look at who or what are a part of this system! This group will utilize creative expression to help participants discuss the ideas of support. Looking at not only their role in supporting others, but the importance of allowing ourselves to be supported as well.
