Description

Send your students into summer with some fun writing prompts! They can choose one or two prompts a week to complete! Included is a choice board with 20 writing prompts. The writing prompts have students practicing a variety of opinion, narrative, and descriptive writing. Nouns, verbs, and adjectives reviews are also present with the direction to circle nouns, verbs, or adjectives in various prompts. I created this for my first graders to work on during the summer before 2nd grade, but this is appropriate for multiple grade levels. There is also a picture dictionary included, as well as a resource page for students to refer to as a reminder of how to write opinion descriptive, and narrative writings, and examples of nouns/verbs/adjectives.

Staple it all together, and send with students!
