Summer Sorting and Categorizing

This is a great resource to help your little ones recognize, identify, and name summer items. They will also have opportunities to practice sorting and categorizing objects into different groups. Sight words for colors and vocabulary are also included.

This Kit provides the following:

• Picture Cards for girl’s bathing suits, surf boards, sun glasses, slippers, striped beach towel, boy’s swim suit, and bucket of sand in five colors.

• Color Word Cards for the five colors of items listed above (blue, red, yellow, orange and green).

• Black Color Word Cards for the five colors listed above.

Directions for Activities to:

• create sorting mats for two categories for color words and five mats for sorting the summer items)

• identify same and different pictures.

• differentiate and individualize experiences and activities to meet students' special learning needs..
