What educators are saying

My students enjoyed these. There were a challenge even for my 7th graders, which was pleasing as I struggled to find some worksheets with a camping theme for my upper grade kiddos for a camping themed end of school day.
My 4th graders loved working these logic puzzles as an end of the year activity. It took some deep thinking and they enjoyed putting their minds together to solve them.

Campfire Sing Along!

Another personalized matrix grid logic puzzle in which the kids are the stars!

Lost & Found - This is a logic puzzle within a maze! This hands on puzzle has your campers coloring, cutting and solving a puzzle and maze. Great fun!

Cabin Conundrum– This is a location logic puzzle. Students have to use the clues and cabin numbers time to find out which 2 campers were in each cabin, and determine the color of the cabin door. This comes in two versions, so you, the teacher, can differentiate when necessary. Version 1 has all the possibilities listed which makes it easier to eliminate what is not true. Version 2 has an extra clue, but no possibilities listed. I always print a few of each and let my students choose their version.

Crafty Creations –Don’t be fooled by this puzzle, it looks simple and easy and is really quite challenging. Students will use logic skills and basic multiplication and addition to fill in the missing value on the two-way table. It requires a great deal of cross referencing and convergent thinking. Students will have to read clues more than once to solve it.

Students will

· Analyze the clues given to eliminate possibilities.

· Determine what is NOT true to converge on what IS true.

· Use deductive reasoning and critical thinking.

· Can work individually or with partners.

· Coloring encouraged!
