This editable Constructed Response Question (CRQ)/(DBQ) Set offers an overview of women's suffrage and its larger effects on society in the United States. Included are sample responses to the questions along with an optional 2-day lesson plan that focuses on critical analysis of the documents and the topic overall and writing.

The historical literacy skill of identifying and explaining the role of an author's purpose and historical circumstance (context) is the focus of this CRQ set embedded within the content.

In addition, students will be asked to develop their skills in describing a cause-and-effect relationship.
