    Description

    This suffix bundle has everything you need to keep your students engaged as they learn about 6 common suffixes. The activities in this bundle make learning suffixes fun and easy! Students love the activities while teachers love the convenience of these no-prep resources that can be used year after year! It includes a mixture of worksheets, games, a PowerPoint, a flipbook, and a craftivity. This bundle, which includes lots of repetition and practice opportunities, will certainly build your students' vocabulary.

    • Ideal for introducing these suffixes to students!
    • Interactive Slides
    • You have my permission to convert this to Google Slides, if you wish.
    • It comes with a matching companion handout (The companion handout includes both a printable version and a Google Slides version.)

    Flipbook

    • 13 pages with 6 tabs (about 90 words in all!)
    • Each tab includes two practice pages.
    • The first page for each tab includes a word chart where students break down suffixed words.
    • For the second page, students identify suffixed words in sentences and define them.
    • When finished, this becomes a valuable reference tool!
    • You get to choose whether to use the printable version or the Google Slides version.

    Worksheet and Craftivity

    • Students complete an 18-item worksheet where they identify the prefixed word in each sentence and then define it on the line that follows.

    • You get to choose whether to use the printable format that is played with an entire class or the Google Slides format that can be played individually or with a partner.

    Concentration Game

    • Simply print and cut the game pieces. Students turn all of the game pieces over, and then follow the directions to play Memory!
    • Students match suffixed words to the correct definition.
    • The print version can be played in a small group. The Easel Activity version can be played individually or with a partner.

    Worksheet Packet

    • 3 worksheets
    • Students must locate and define suffixed words.
    • You choose between the printable version, the Easel version, and the Google Slides version.
