Please note, if any of the PDFs are printing with black boxes behind or around some of the images, follow these steps:
- PC users, open the PDF document using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Choose File > Print. On the print window, click on Advanced button. On the Advance Print Setup window, click on the Print as image checkbox. Then click on the OK button to proceed with printing. This should eliminate the black background images.
- MAC users need to open the file using Adobe. If you do not have Adobe set as your default PDF reader, then open Adobe, click “File,” select “Open.” and choose the PDF you want to open. Then follow the steps above. You can also click on the file you want to open, hold it down and press Command. Then, tell the file to open in Adobe.
