As researching is showing the benefit of Self-Disclosing a stutter, this is a great resource to introduce self-disclosure at a young age.

I have the students fill it out with their name at the top and then color the different phrase they like to self-disclose ( there is a blank option for if they wanted to write one of their own), and then finally something else about themselves that they might say when introducing themselves to others.

Having this script is beneficial to read until self-disclosing a stutter is more natural and comfortable for the student. Also will need to explain meaning of self-disclosing to these young learners.
