Student Weekly Progress Report to Parents

Use this weekly progress report to inform parents how their child is doing each week. This product is different from most others because you use the same sheet for the whole quarter (9 weeks). I copy mine on cardstock so it holds up better. This allows for you and the parents to have a record of the entire quarter of work habits, conduct, and grades. It is an easy data record of students' progress (positive and or negative...but hopefully positive!).

The first sheet is where you indicate the student's weekly scores by circling a number that corresponds to the rubric at the bottom of the page. You can also modify a column to meet your needs as a teacher. There is space on the first sheet for a parent's signature as well. The second sheet is where you can write any additional comments to the parent or where they can write you questions or concerns. The pages were meant to copy front to back.
