Student Survey for Math and Algebra 2 - First Day of School

Learn about your students and their math knowledge on the first day of class! This Student Survey for math and algebra 2 classes will help you assess your students' prior knowledge and help determine if their placement is correct. It asks for such info as previous course, grade earned, what would help this year, and also includes a quick quiz at the bottom to evaluate how much they remember over summer! It's also a great way to keep them a little busy while you complete check-in paperwork!
