What printables are included?
1. First is a student "Self Reflection" form. Have your students fill this out as a good discussion / talking point on what areas of their development need improvement and what areas are their strengths. The questions focus on behavior and work habits. I made 2 options for you. The second one has a couple open-ended questions for those students who can write. This form is wonderful for student-led conferences, too!
2. Secondly you will find 3 basic templates to help you formulate your thoughts for conferences. (I included one for fall, winter, and spring.) Fill this out ahead of time to help guide your discussion. You can either make a copy for parents to keep, or else just use it as a talking point help for yourself.
3. BONUS: I have now added an EDITABLE POWERPOINT version of all the forms!
