This resource was very useful for student self-reflection their current professional practices. Students took the time to think about each category and make honest assessments and determine areas in which they could improve.
Description
Students rate themselves on these 25 categories of professionalism, soft skills, and employability. I use these quarterly and perform one-on-one performance reviews with them to discuss their strengths and weaknesses. I also count professionalism as 20% of their grade since I teach Career & Tech Education.
