Student Information - Emergency Contact Cards

This product is designed to help teachers in an emergency if child gets hurt in school or on Field Trip.

Teacher can get in touch with Doctor or parents in an emergency when time is valuable as the information can be relayed to emergency personnel.

I have included a place on the the right had side for child's Picture.

Simply left Click on the box and format fill picture with Child's Electronic picture.

This is excellent way of keeping information electronically for teachers and schools.

You can Left click on the number on slide 1 and it will jump to that slide.

In order to go back to slide 1 Left click on Home icon on bottom right.
