What educators are saying

Overall, I highly recommend this resource to all educators. Kudos to the creator for such an excellent resource!

Description

This guide is designed to use throughout a student-centered coaching cycle and is modeled after Diane Sweeney's book Student Centered Coaching. This guide is also meshed with the 4 PLC Essential Questions (Rick DeFour). This form was designed to fit any grade level and any subject area!

1. Who are our students and what do we want them to know? (Standards/learning targets)

2. How will we know if they have mastered the essential learning? (Formative/Summative Assessments)

3. How will we respond if they don't master the essential skills? (Innovation & Differentiation)

4. How will we respond if they have already mastered the essential skills? (Differentiation)

This is the end of my 3rd year as a K-12 Instructional coach in a rural high needs school. I created this form to use when planning and implementing student-centered coaching cycles with my teachers. This guide really helped with the facilitation process.

Enjoy:)
