Student Assessment Data Binder

I used this document in my Kindergarten classroom to measure individual growth throughout the year. (It is possible to use this product for preschool or first grade.) I printed this document for each student and placed it into individual binders for each student. The students took the binders home once a month after they were assessed on the skills. The document is complete with graphs and the resources you need to assess your students. The binder allows you to track: uppercase and lowercase letter progression, letter/sound progression, identify numbers through thirty-one, writing numbers through ten in the beginning of the year and then progressing to twenty, writing name each month, a writing sample each month. All of this information allows you and the parents to track each child's progression throughout the year without having to collect several different papers. This product allows you to collect and analyze your students' growth throughout the school year. I found that the data was useful when having a parent conference.
