Description
In this low-prep stress management presentation, middle and early high school students will learn more about the definition of stress, typical and atypical stress responses, and different stress management strategies. This presentation is ideal for advisory lessons or classroom guidance and is easily administered in an in-person or virtual setting.
What's included: This activity includes a 10-page Google Slides presentation that is easy to follow and present. Included in the presentation are a variety of interactive activities for students, including a way for students to gauge their stress and a cognitive restructuring tool. Also included is the link to an informative YouTube video and a group activity. This lesson would be ideal if each student had their own device.
