Description
This game is fun! Your students will love to do math when they invest in a fictional stock market. Your students will be excited to add, subtract, and multiply decimals. Here's how it works:
The stock market includes 18 fictitious companies. "Current News" is released each day that affects the value of each stock. "Future Predictions" offer hints as to which stocks may go up or down. Students will buy and sell stocks as they hope to maximize their investment. Who will have the most money by the end of the five-day investment game?
I have included a page that explains what stocks are, examples on investments, and easy-to-follow portfolio sheets where students can keep track of their investments. Everything you need to play the game is here!
