Is your class learning about local politics and your local community?

In the State and Local Government Activity, students will read a handout about state and local governments, they will then answer a series of text based questions. After the reading and questions students will choose a local government service to research and analyze. Students will answer questions about their local service and why it matters to the community. This lesson is a great introduction to state and local government and how it operates. 

The project is no prep, easy to use, and google compatible.

With this resource, your student will be able to understand and master concepts in government and history in a fun way that allows them to enjoy Social Studies!
