Description
Teach your students about a star's characteristics and life cycle through science text and graphic organizers. Students will read through the text to learn about the size, composition, brightness, and surface temperature of a star, the Hertzsprung - Russell diagram, and the life cycle that includes low and high mass stars, red giants, supergiants, supernovas, white dwarf, black dwarf, black hole, and neutron stars. Next, students will demonstrate their understanding by filling in graphic organizers and answering comprehension questions.
