Description

This product contains a variety of activities to review, practice, & re-inforce basic skills and help memorize important information. These pages can be used separately as quick assessments, center activities, partner work, or small-group skill practice. However, my favorite application is to choose a handful of pages to put in a binder in protective sleeves that students do daily as part of their morning routine. The students have a blast having their own "book" and using a dry erase marker, and I see quick improvement with their skills!

Contained in this file are both Reading and Math practice pages:
*Cover sheets (4 versions)
*Chart for counting practice (up to 200) [Read & memorize]
*Counting coins (nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars) [Read & memorize]
*Calendar [Fill-in]
*Coin values (pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars) [Read & memorize]
*Time (seconds, minutes, etc.) [Read & memorize]
*Capacity (cup, pint, quart, gallon) [Read & memorize]
*Chart to count how many days we've been in school [Fill-in]
*Number of the Day (3 versions) [Fill-in]
*Weather bar graph (color and b&w) [Fill-in]
*Cloud bar graph [Fill- in]
*Thermometer/Temperature [fill-in]
*Temperature pictograph or tally chart [Fill-in]
*Telling time (2 versions) [Fill-in]
*Read the room (4 versions) [Directions]

*Important information (address, phone number, 911) [Read & memorize]

*Letter-Pattern Anchor chart (17 letter pattern cards to use for creating a growing, individualized "Letter patterns I Know" page) [Read & memorize]

These pages are designed to use with language learners, and so they contain sentence starters/templates, vocabulary practice, and illustrated vocabulary. These features are useful for differentiation/scaffolding within the Bilingual or Dual-Language classroom.
