Creating a Staff HUB

1. Either create a template in excel or in google docs.

2. Change names or icons depending on need.

3. Add a document into the spreadsheet by hyperlinking the document.

4. All handbooks were created digitally and hyperlinked into the template.

5. Any document you create can be hyperlinked into the template for easy access.

6. I share the HUB at Beginning of Year training.

7. I also share the HUB link in the staff weekly for easy access for teachers.

8. If you need to reference a document in the HUB for documentation or support, I add the hyperlink to the document with a page number to reference.

9. I also had all staff sign an affirmation stating they have received all documents and are aware of their contents (after training them on all).
