Description
In these St. Patrick's Day mindfulness activities, students will participate in mindfulness exercises to explore luck! In activity 1, students explore the things that make them lucky to be them! In activity 2, students explore ways they can create their own luck by visualizing success! Use the mindfulness script included to lead students through the exercise and reflect on their experiences of luck. Students then create a shamrock craft and identify things that make them lucky or ways they can create their own luck. This includes 2 mindfulness scripts, cut and no-cut craft options, and bulletin board letters. Now includes digital versions of the crafts!
