Are you looking for a fun, engaging, St. Patrick's Day math activity that takes very little prep time? This is a great activity for your class! This "Lengthy" Leprechaun Day is a hands-on measurment and line plot activity for your 2nd graders!
Your students will take a card, measure the picture using either inches, centimeters, or both and record the answer on the answer sheet. This set is perfect for math centers, individual practice and remediation, and would be great to include in small groups. Its a very versatile set!
This product also includes a line plot activity page! Students will chart their measurements and then plot on a number line! This correlates with Common Core Standard 2MD9.**
