Spider Verbs

This activity focuses on learning about spiders through read-alouds and independent research. Throughout the learning process, students will be focusing on identifying verbs. I start with a read aloud and build an anchor chart where we can record verbs that spiders do as we read. There is another sheet for students to record verbs as they continue to learn through the QR Codes or other books they have access to.

There are directions on how students can create their own salt painting to make their web.

Their final draft will have all the verbs highlighted in a different color. Photo included of what that would look like.
