Sphero® robot BEGINNER bundle TWO MONTHS worth of coding lessons and activities

This bundle consists of 8 lessons/activities (1 lesson for each week - a TWO MONTHS' worth of robotics, coding and fun with the Sphero® robots). I will tell you a bit about each product:

1. Sphero® robot BEGINNER Intro Robotics FIRST lesson, no code drive, inventors etc - This resource is a completely beginner-level presentation with an introduction to the Sphero® robots, their parts, history, sensors etc. Also contains some practical tasks

2. First BEGINNER program in the Sphero® robot coding Events interface paramecium - This resource is the second lesson after the introductory presentation; it gives some starter coding/programming basic knowledge with a very fun and interesting task - the students have to code the robot to act like a paramecium (a unicellular organism with a shape resembling the sole of a shoe)

3. Sphero® robot BEGINNER Robotics coding activity - Rocket launching step by step - This resource is the favorite activity of my robotics club; it introduces the students to some beginner coding knowledge and contains a fun task where the students will code the robot to act like a rocket that is launched into space

4. Sphero® robot beginner CODING activity - Color mixing, color wheel, easy coding - This resource teaches the students some basic color mixing knowledge, with coding, of course

5. Sphero® robot BEGINNER coding - variables, random numbers, if - "Robot dragons" - This resource is very interesting - the students get the profiles of 4 different dragons and they need the help of the Sphero® robot to make them come to life

6. Sphero® FIRST LIGHT sensor activity - 2 tasks - sensor lux physics luminosity - This resource introduces the students to a tiny bit of physics (light, measuring it in lux etc.) and teaches them to use the light sensor of the Sphero® robot to measure the different light levels in the room

7. Advanced Sphero Bolt® robot coding broadcasting activity - cat and mouse - This resources makes the students use the broadcasting options of the robot, while creating a fun "cat chases mouse" program with a partner

8. Sphero® robot LIGHT and INFRARED sensors activity - "New planet search" ADVANCED - This resource uses the infrared (broadcasting) possibilities of the Sphero® robots, creating an interesting, not so easy anymore, program; it also scratches the surface of some important questions you can
